Our home furnishing consultants work with guests in our showrooms, listen to their ideas and help them find the right pieces to make the home of their dreams. While a big part of the job is learning the ins and outs of our furniture pieces and providing guidance on style, layout and function—it’s just as important to show the customer how the right sectional doubles as the perfect wall for a Sunday morning pillow fort. We believe that your home tells the story of you, and our product specialists play an important role in showing guests options that are both fashionable and functional, to best express their styles and suit their needs. Customer Service

From the moment a purchase is made in one of our showrooms, customer service is at the forefront of what we do. The Customer Service Center plays a critical role in our operations. From scheduling deliveries and communicating with customers to handling service and ordering parts, the customer service team is always ready to ensure that our customers are in good hands from showroom to living room. All Customer Service Center positions are located at our facility in Batavia, NY.

Visual Merchandising

Rows and rows of recliners and sofas just isn’t our thing—and for good reason. Our visual merchandising team takes every piece of product and displays it with accessories like rugs, lamps, tapestries, pillows, and wall art that complement the style of a room. Our visual merchandising team helps our customers bring delightful designs together to style the homes of their dreams.

Warehousing and Distribution

Our warehousing and distribution team members are the trusted pros that make sure that all of our customers’ furnishings arrive safe and sound in their homes. Delivery and moving is just one piece of the puzzle; our warehouse teams carefully unpack, assemble, inspect, and prepare every single piece by hand to ensure that nothing enters a home until it’s perfect.
