10. Opt-In/Opt-Out

You will be asked to opt-in at the point of sale or by providing your contact information in a digital outlet. You may opt out of personal information collection and use at any time. 

To opt-out of text message communication from us at any time, reply to your text message from our phone number(s) as follows:

• Reply REMOVE to opt out of receiving promotional text messages (sale or advertising messages, style inspiration, and other general marketing communications). This will not stop you from receiving important communication regarding your order or future information from your home furnishing consultant or our customer service team. 

• Reply: STOP to opt out of receiving all text communication from us. Note: This may interrupt efficiency and quality of service for your order, as we need to contact you periodically about deliveries or other information relevant to your purchase. It will also remove the ability for you to text directly with your home furnishing consultant or customer service representatives unless you choose to opt in again.

To opt out of any other personal information use, please fill out this form to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address, indicating what information you do not authorize for use. All required information must be provided to complete the opt-out process. We will need to contact you initially to fulfill any outstanding deliveries associated with your purchase. Otherwise, opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days from the time of the request.

Our business platforms, devices, technologies, and software may contain links to other third parties that are not governed by this privacy policy. Although we endeavor to only associate with platforms employing high privacy standards, our privacy policy will no longer apply once you leave our platforms. Additionally, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by third parties associated with our company.
